We hear a promise and we think we have to perform. When god promise- relax and enjoy the ride. God doesn’t promise and preacher perform. Deacons, elders. If God promises he will perform. In faith-promise giving we ask God, by faith, to supply and then we will give (Like Hannah did when asking God to give her a son). In promise giving we give first, believing that God will give it back with increase.
